The Big Bang Theory
So, I've just started watching this tv-show called The Big Bang Theory.
A really geeky tv-show about 4 nerds and a girl ^^
Characters:
Sheldon:
Sheldon is suffering from the Asberger syndrome. He has an IQ around 180 and obviously are very smart. The problem is that he does not know anything about socializing with others. He don't get sarcasm. He just states facts in every situation and therefore usually gets away with it. Really hilarious :D
Lennard:
Lennard is Sheldon's roommate and best friend. He teaches Sheldon how to interact with people. Lennard is looking for a relationship, but its not so easy, since his friends usually manages to screw it up somehow. ^^
Raj
Rash is an indian guy who can't speak in front of girls unless he is drunk :D
Wolowitz
A pervert who hits on every girl he see ^^ (and he lives with his crazy mom)
Penny:

Hello! Sorry for not updating in a while, but I've been busy :p
This weekend a friend of mine from Norway visited which was awesome! Unfortunately I had to work dayshifts, but at least I could take out some flex and get home earlier on Sunday. We mostly sat at my place, drinking beer and catching up. Talking about old memories etc etc. It was really great. It felt like nothing had changed, like I moved to Sweden last year. Quite strange, but then again - some friends you do have for life. :)
We went to Stockholm on Sunday tho. We watched Transformers 2. It was pretty good, although maybe a bit too much of the "transforming" if you know what I mean. The movie was 2,5h long, but I was never bored in any way. Worth watching for sure! Score: 4/6
We've been pretty unhealthy. Drinking beer and whiskey, eating tacos, kebab, pizza, burgers, chips etc ^^ Now I feel like I have to run a couple of miles to loose the extra calories. Or maybe not... I'm lazy now days! I'll visit the gym tomorrow instead. ^^
On Thursday I'll be attending an ongoing event that is run by the visual impaired organization called "Unga Synskadade (US)". We are running a campaign across Sweden called "Operation Utrop". The whole idea is to make people, media and especially bus drivers aware of the current unavailability on public transportation. We want every bus and train in the country to read up every stop on the way so that visually impaired people know where to go off. Most part of Sweden do not have automatic "scream outs" like we do here in Stockholm. It is therefore very important that the drivers read up what stop will come next.
A bunch of people from US are now on a bus trip which will go from Gothenburg to Skellefteå. You can check out pictures and sound on the webpage. Check out the sulky bus driver in Skövde: http://bit.ly/AlvWH

Lets hope there will be some change after we're done in august. Too bad I could not join the entire trip.. Stupid vacation rules at work! -_- Completely fucked up, and nothing I can do about it.
Oh well. Gonna do some cleaning and then do some grocery shopping now. Just ordered train tickets to Leksand, so I'll be heading home on Saturday and stay to Tuseday! :)

Fresh air
Yesterday I was out all day.
First off I went to my broker to get some papers copied. The bank wanted copy of my ID so I figured they could help me scan it. I'm to cheap to buy one myself :p
I also have to send in a bunch of signed papers for the loan aswell. And I've already signed like 20 pages just for writing the contract. >_>
How many more can it be?
After that was done, I went to my new apartment to meet the sellers again. They wanted to sell me some furniture as I mentioned earlier. I ended up buying them after all. Nice stuff for a good price. I don't have pics unfortunately. I'll update that when I move in :)
When I was done in Farsta, me and P went to Sthlm C and ate at the superior burger place called Texas. (located on Sergel's square). Since cinemas were just across the street we checked out the Harry Potter 6 movie. As always, they managed to fuck it up. I'm not surprised but still disappointed. This one was the worst yet.
SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!
- Too little info about the horcruxes.
- They skipped the child-eating werewolf completely.
- No big fight at school in the end with Dumbledore's Army fighting deatheaters.
- The scene were Dumbledore died was just wrong :/ In the books, Harry was petrified under his invisibility cloak, unable to move. He was NOT hiding under some stairs.
Alot many minor details missing.. Like when Ron thought he drank the lucky potion, he never found out that he didn't take it afterall in the movie.
There was just so many loose ends everywhere which made the movie feel unfinished and created in a hurry. Meh! It was a long movie with poor acting and no action! I rate it 2/6

Working dayshift thur-sunday which is nice. My Norwegian friend André should be reaching Gothenburg tonight or tomorrow morning. (He is sailing from Oslo) I'll be seeing him tomorrows when he reaches Sthlm with train :) Sweet!

Slow...
Gah, this week have been soooo slow. Normally I'm having no problems working night shifts, but this weekend...zZzz. When I get home, I'm asleep within seconds. It does not help much that my legs are hurting either. Had my first leg workout earlier this week since start of June. Now I can barely walk down stairs, even tho I stretched for like 15mins ^^
Oh well, only one shift to go, then I'm off for 3 days!
Gonna go visit the people I bought the apartment from on Wednesday. Apparently they want to sell some stuff to me. Particularly the outdoor furniture, but I don't know... They seemed to be nice, but a bit big for the balcony tbh. (to be honest)
Also they wanted like 2000SEK for em which sounds a bit expensive. We'll see...
Time to get ready for work now. I've prepared my epic "köttfärssås" for lunch tonight. I'm really starting to get this recipe perfected ^^
"Köttfärssås" is basically minced meat, garlic and onion mixed with tomato-salsa and added salt, pepper and pizza-, chili spices. Dish prepared with spaghetti. Good shit! ^^
A variation of chili con carne actually.
Oh well, only one shift to go, then I'm off for 3 days!

Uncle Ben's!
I'm starting to grow abit tired of my chicken recipe. I usually fry some shredded chicken and then add cream and spices to that. It's good, but meh.. starting to get abit boring.
So I figured that I should try something new this time. A friend of mine said she uses Uncle Ben's so.. why not? I picked up this one saying "Chili" on it ^^. I usually enjoy spicy food, but this one was wooohoo... I'm still sweat 2 hours after lunch >_<
It was really good tho. Good sauce with added wok vegetables in it! I'm sure gonna buy more of those sauses, alhtough I think I'll try something like "mosala" or "curry" next time ^^ (and yeah, I know I'm abit after here, but cut me some slack! I'm still a young padawan in cooking :p)
I have no idea if this shit is healty or not tho... but it has to be better than my version! If not, atleast I found some easy variations to go with now. :)

Hunger?
Hmmm, it feels like time have no meaning in my life at the moment. I work crazy hours and do not socialize with many amongst "the living" so to say. Its abit sad, but true. I can come home from work 9am and sleep for 13 hours, then go to work again... repeat and rewind. It is especially when I work evenings and nights that I'm starting to notice what I'm eating and WHEN I'm eating. It sometimes scares me how many hours can pass before I start feeling hungry. Example of a nightshift:
- Eat breakfast 18
- Logging in at work 22
- Eat lunch around 02
- Go to sleep 09
So basically I've eaten some bread with cheese or w/e (whatever) and then later on some "junk food" more or less. Like meatballs and sphagetti...
Not very good Mathias, not very good at all :/ Thats whooping 15 hours without food right there!
I remember back when I was young.... oh god, starting to feel old here ^^. But yeah, when I was like 10-12yo, it could not go much longer than 4 hours before I was litterary starving. Sometimes I got so hungry that I got physical pain in my stomach. I often got to a point where I was lying on the floor, tossing and turning in agony... Ugh!
Its strange how the body evolves.. From 4 hours to up to 18 hours between meals. I remember dad never understood how I could eat right before I went to bed when I grew up. Now I see his point. ^^ You just don't need that much energy when above a certain stage in your life.
Anyways. I don't want to scare you all, so here is my new "food schedule" for working nightshifts :)
- Breakfast 17
- Gym 19-21
- Drink proteinshake around 22 + eat a banana
- Lunch/dinner 02
- Another banana around 06
- Some crispbread before I go to sleep

Some english
Lately it feels like I'm talking more english than swedish. For example:
- I have english-speaking colleagues and friends.
- Ericsson is global, which means that our case logs are written in english.
- Also when I'm playing onlinegames, I mostly socialize with non-swedish speaking friends.
Sometimes I find myself looking for a swedish word but only remembering the english version. I also tend to use english words here and there, just because it sounds much better that way. Some things are better said in english. For example, how do you say (in swedish) to someone that you are sorry for their loss when someone they care for just died? "Jag beklagar sorgen"... That just pretty much sounds like a careface to me.
I'm not saying that the english language are superior in any way. Ofc, expressing something in english can be so much easier in swedish aswell. It goes both ways. But if I got to choose, i'd prefer english :)
I think the biggest reason is because I "migrated" from Norway to Sweden during college, so I never got to fully learn neither norwegian nor swedish perfect. Nowdays I'm just mixing the two language's grammar together, hoping for the best. ^^
Thats why I from now on am going to type some posts in english, just to see how it feels.

Tjoohopp!
Hmm, det har inte blivit så många seriösa inlägg på det senaste, men men. Det är ju sommar trots allt!
Jobb:
Just nu jobbar jag kväll, hela helgen faktiskt. Min kollega Jon (förövrigt ifrån Tromsö!) är tillbaks från semestern nu så jag får skjuts till och från arbetet. Perfekt! Det förkortar dagen avsevärd. Istället för 1 timme till jobb så tar det 20min!
Hälsa:
Körde mitt första träningspass sen...uhm.. en månad blir det idag. Shit man tappar fort när man slackar =/ Fick ju håll under uppvärmningen ^^
Skönt att vara igång igen iallafall. Har kört på kosttillskottet en vecka nu. Vart förvånad över hur gott det faktiskt smakar. Blir värsta milkshaken och mättande är det också. Perfekt mellanmål! :)
Bostad:
Det har börjar uppgå för mig att jag faktiskt ska flytta om 3 månader. Helt sjukt! Äntligen kan jag kalla någonting för "hem" igen. Nästan för bra för att vara sant.
- 1km till Sveriges största köpcentrum
- 5min med pendel till jobb
- 20min till Shlm C
- Både t-bana och pendel går till Farsta Strand
- Elljusspår och fina naturområden rakt utanför dörren + badstrand!

Generellt:
Generellt mår jag bra. Lättnaden efter lägenhetsköpet ligger än kvar! :)
Det enda som stör mig just nu är tjejer. Vem förstår sig på dem?? =/ Om någon har en manual vore jag mycket tacksam.
Och sen en trevlig nyhet.
Min barndomsvän André kommer och hälsar på mig i 24-27e juli! :D

Google gör eget OS
Idag annonserade Google att dom tänker göra sitt eget operativsystem - Chrome OS.
Tydligen ska det hämta all kraft ifrån internet och inte ifrån din hårddisk. Ifall dom lyckas kan Microsoft ligga risigt till med sitt monopol på OS. :)
Google har ju redan gjort OS för mobiler - Android samt en egen webbläsare - Chrome, för att inte snacka om alla google apps som tex: Google earth, gmail, blogspot, google search, picasa webbalbum etc.. Dom har väl även nyligen köpt Youtube med.

JaAAAAAaaaa!
Äntligen! Lägenheten blev min till slut! :D
Skrev kontrakt igår så nu är det fixat! Tillträde blir första oktober vilket passar mig utmärkt med tanke på att jag har tre månaders uppsägning på min hyresrätt.
Hmm, nu har dom tyvärr tagit bort objektet ifrån svenskfast.se så har inga bilder för närvarande. Får lägga upp vid ett senare tillfälle.
Det är iallafall en tvåa i Farsta Strand. Byggt 1993 och vid bra skick. Fint område och bara 1 station till jobbet.
Så sjuuuukt nice :D Vet inte riktigt om det har gått upp för mig än...
Jag och P gick ut och firade igår, var hemma vid 2, skulle upp 05:30 =/ Så nu sitter man här på jobbet och väntar på att baksmällan ska kicka in :p whoppidooo

Uncharted blir film!!
Läste just att filmatiserien av spelet Uncharted - Drakes Fortune är under planering!!
Lätt det bästa spelet 2007! ^^ Pirater + Indiana Jones + Tomb Riader = en bra story! :)

Finding Nemo!
Gah, dumma katt gick och förvillade bort sig på sin semester i Leksand.
Han var borta i 3 dygn före vi fick tag på stackarn. =(

Ny lägenhet på G
Imorse åkte jag till P och slaggade istället för att åka hem. Skulle nämligen på en ny visning i Farsta idag. Visade sig att lägenheten var kanonfin både på bild och i verkligheten. Jag kommer lägga bud på denna! =)
P har åkt och köpt sig ett PS3 han med, så efter visningen satte vi oss ner med ett par öl några timmar och lirade Guitar Hero World Tour. Hur kul som helst ^^
